Processing time
Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days. During sales or holidays, processing may take a little longer — we’ll always let you know if there’s a delay.
Shipping options
- Standard shipping: estimated 3–7 business days once your order ships.
- Local hand delivery: available for customers in our local area — select this option at checkout or reach out to us on WhatsApp to arrange it.
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $90.
Order tracking
You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as your order ships, with a tracking number whenever one is available. If anything looks off with your tracking, message us and we’ll sort it out.
