These Terms of Service govern your use of kokodoradobeauty.com and any purchase you make from us. Koko Dorado Beauty is an Australian sole trader business operating out of New South Wales, Australia. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Pricing

All prices on this site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST only if we are registered for GST at the time of your order. Prices may change at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed.

Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We aren’t obligated to accept every order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there’s a pricing error. If we can’t fulfil your order, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.

Product colour and appearance

We do our best to photograph and describe products accurately, but colour, finish and shade can look slightly different on your screen compared to the real product, due to differences between devices, screens and lighting. Minor variation of this kind is not a fault.

Shipping and delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Standard shipping is estimated at 3–7 business days once dispatched; local hand delivery (Wollongong, Shellharbour and Kiama) is arranged directly with you.

Returns and refunds

For change of mind, unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery — return postage is at your cost. For hygiene reasons we can’t accept opened cosmetics or skincare. This is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of this policy. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or a product you’ve purchased is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
